Jeff is a sociologist with over 20 years of research and evaluation experience focused on community systems and services, basic and emergency needs, child and family services, and homelessness. He directs the Community Services Management Information System (CS-MIS) and the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) efforts in the Lincoln Nebraska and Nebraska Balance of State Continua of Care. He also directs the Lincoln and Balance of State Homeless Coordinated Entry planning, development and implementation efforts ("All Doors Lead Home").

As the Coordinated Entry Manager at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Center on Children, Families, and the Law she works with communities and homeless service providers to assess individuals in order to develop the most efficient and quick housing solution, in order to keep time in the homeless service world to as minimal as possible. Coordinated Entry will also encompass diverting individuals from homelessness as a first choice whenever possible.

Angel leads the on-line training for users in the Balance of State and Lincoln HMIS, and provides technical and analytical support to agencies in the Balance of State and Lincoln. Angel also creates and generates reports of homeless services in addition to any required HUD Performance Measure reports.

Abby Spicer is a System Administrator at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Center on Children, Families, and the Law. She trains and supports users in the HMIS system using the Clarity software in Lincoln Nebraska. She also creates and generates reports of homeless services for CCFL and the community, and works with end users at Lincoln agencies on data quality for funding sources. In addition, Abby assists with Point in Time counts, Annual Homeless Assessment Reports, and Continuum of Care HMIS data reporting efforts by serving as the primary point of contact for the Lincoln CoC.
