LIFE 120 Supplemental Instruction

Welcome!

-----

What is Supplemental Instruction?

Supplemental Instruction is available to all students enrolled in LIFE 120 and is meant to provide opportunities for students to ask questions, revisit lecture material, learn study habits, and better prepare you for success in the course.

-----

What happens at Supplemental Instruction?

Supplemental instruction is a one-hour small group session that covers specific topics from lectures each week. You are expected to come with questions and/or be prepared to participate in activities. Supplemental Instruction sessions are lead by undergraduate learning assistants who are current life sciences majors and have previously taken the course making a "B" or better. These are the same undergraduate assistants you may see in your lecture section and who work closely with the instructor of record to ensure these sessions meet the needs of all students in LIFE 120.
