#HackUNL Workshops 

Are you interested in learning more about #HackUNL? Would you like to meet other students who share your commitment to making the internet a safer place for all individuals? Come stop by one of our three information workshops! Workshops will serve as a place where you can:

• Meet and network with other UNL students

• Gain an overview of #HackUNL hackathon, expectations, ways to sign-up, and more

• Learn a little bit about the current research on online harassment and cyberbullying

• Learn about the current mobile apps currently on the market to know what has been done

• Gain a brief overview of tools you can use to help you construct your idea

• Meet our Leadership Team (LT) and ask any questions that you may have about #HackUNL, the research, building cyber apps, and any other relevant questions that you may have!

#HackUNL Hackathon

#HackUNL will be a fun filled event where you will contribute to a very important social problem: online harassment and cyberbullying.  At the #HackUNL event, you will be placed on a team of students where you will compete with other UNL graduate and undergraduate students to build a project which solves the question, “How can I make the internet a safer and kinder place for all individuals?”
