AUDIO-VISUAL TECHNICIAN

Sheldon Museum of Art seeks an individual to serve as point person for audio-visual (A/V) needs at programs and events, including panel presentations, lectures, screenings, and performances. This person operates sound, projection, and lighting equipment in Sheldon's Ethel S. Abbott Auditorium and other areas of the building, as needed; provides basic instruction on the operation of A/V equipment to guests and/or clients; monitors the connection and compatibility of external equipment; troubleshoots technical issues as they arise; maintains general functionality of equipment; and alerts Sheldon staff to equipment repair/replacement needs.
