RDAR Researchers Publish New Report on Knowledge of, and Access to Narcan (Naloxone) among Nebraskan Adults

Researchers at the Rural Drug Addiction Research Center (RDAR) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) recently published a report titled "Knowledge of, and Access to Narcan (Naloxone) among Nebraskan Adults: in 2020, 2021, and 2022."

In this research report RDAR faculty added a series of questions to the Nebraska Annual Social Indicators Survey (NASIS) to assess how many Nebraskans knew what Narcan and naloxone are, if they knew where to obtain it, and if they knew how to use Narcan. They also asked these same questions in 2021 and in 2022. This report highlights the results of this research.
