New websites require approval from a chair (for a faculty site), manager/director (for a staff departmental site) or a faculty sponsor (for a student focused site). An email will be sent to this person. This is not only done to ensure you have the authority to represent a particular entity but also so we have a backup contact and as a simple courtesy so that everyone is informed.
