The 2010 National Student Advertising Competition team at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln took 'Best of Show' at the ADDY Awards. The same team placed first in the regional NSAC competition and finished in the top four at the national competition late last spring.
Students' winning entries are eligible for the ADDY's nationwide competition, said Amy Struthers, sequence head for advertising/public relations. The national ADDY winners will be announced at the American Advertising Federation's American Advertising Conference national awards show and gala June 4 in San Diego.
Awards are as follows:

The American Advertising Federation of Lincoln ADDY Awards Competition is the first of a three-tiered national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation. The ADDYs® are the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting more than 50,000 entries every year in local competitions that recognize and reward creative excellence in advertising. AAF Lincoln and AAF Omaha sponsored the 2009-2010 Nebraska ADDYs Awards Competition.
