The University of Nebraska–Lincoln admissions office has put senior advertising and PR major Erin Reynoldson in the student spotlight this month.
The Lincoln native proves that multi-tasking and great opportunities await you at the College of Journalism and Mass Communications.
In fall 2010, Erin helped to found the student ad lab, Jacht Club, with 14 other adventurous souls. This year she is an account executive. The agency is a way for students to gain hands-on, real-world experience in advertising and public relations.
When she is not busy at Jacht, Erin finds time to be an active member of her sorority Gamma Phi Beta, and as a mentor with the Nebraska Human Resources Institute.
Erin is a member of Mortar Board, a national honor society that recognizes college seniors for achievements in scholarship, leadership and service. In October, she was selected to the Homecoming Royalty Court.
Erin has held internships with the Unico Group, Inc., the UNL Office of Admissions and most recently, the minnow PROJECT where she writes a blog titled "Tales from the Pond."
