Ranchers face labor shortages and are constantly rebuilding fences for rotational grazing acres as the seasons change. New technology like virtual fencing can minimize the extensive labor required to put up temporary fencing and continuously make repairs. On this week's episode, FarmBits hosts Jose Cesario, and Taylor Cross talked with Kaitlyn Dozler, MS student at AWESM Lab at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and learned more about what Virtual Fencing has to offer for producers. Kaitlyn's research is utilizing this technology and seeing positive impacts on these animals' well-being and time savings compared to traditional fencing practices.

Opinions expressed on FarmBits are solely those of the guest(s) or host(s) and not the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
