Establishing a digital presence is important for growth and sustained success for organizations operating in the modern world. This is no less true for agricultural organizations. Rachel Stevens, founder of Heartland Ag Consulting, joins us for this episode of the FarmBits podcast to discuss the importance of establishing a digital presence for modern agribusinesses and farms. Rachel founded Heartland Ag because of her experiences working with a couple of agribusinesses to help establish their digital presence. While many organizations in the agriculture industry want to gain more digital exposure, they often don't have the know-how or resources to establish their digital presence on their own. In this episode, Rachel shares some of her advice for organizations seeking to establish or improve their digital identities and explains why a digital presence is so critical to success in the modern economy. This episode expands on the connectivity series from episodes 20 - 23 by providing a deeper dive into the potential value that enhanced connectivity may bring to farms and agribusinesses.
