Workout with Chad is an augmented reality (AR) experience where users are able to interact with the male figure depicted, Chad. Users must first download the Adobe Aero app and proceed to scan the QR code on the poster in order to partake in the experience. Chad was modeled from scratch using the software Zbrush, and then put into Mixamo for auto rigging and animation. It was then imported into Aero along with other assets. The intended outcome of this experience is to provide users with a unique, entertaining, and comical experience. This project should be considered satire on many levels; however, it also brings light to the future of AR, possibly raising ethical concerns of what should be permitted from a moral standpoint.
