I am pleased to present our “NTC by the Numbers” report. As shown by the information provided, NTC has been very successful in developing impactful research, education, and outreach programs. This success is all due to the dedication and hard work of our faculty, staff, and students. We are also fortunate to have the strong support of the Nebraska Department of Transportation and our other partners in the public and private sectors.
I look forward to working with our partners in the coming years to grow the workforce in Nebraska. We have three programs that aim to assist Nebraska's engineering and construction industries with attracting, developing, and hiring students: (1) Intern-Ready Program, (2) Discover Transportation Engineering Summer Program, and (3) Tracks to the Future Summer Program.
