The council is dedicated to a successful educational experience for individuals with exceptionalities, students with disabilities and/or students who are gifted.
CEC at UNL will provide you with opportunities for additional knowledge and professional skills prior to beginning your career as a special education teacher. This is also an excellent forum for discussing the needs and interests of exceptional children. Both graduate and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
Meetings are held once a month based on the schedules of participants and the adviser. Service and networking activities are held on a regular basis throughout the year.
