Spaulding for Children subcontracted CCFL to conduct self-evaluation for the National Quality Improvement Center for Adoption and Guardianship Support and Preservation (QIC-AG). The QIC-AG was funded by the Children’s Bureau, a federal agency under the Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families. CCFL's program evaluation focused on the internal processes, outcomes, and dissemination activities of the QIC-AG.
