21st Century Community Learning CentersNASANebraska BLAST! is funded by NASA and implemented through partnerships with the Nebraska 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program, the NASA Nebraska Space Grant, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension, the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and the Strategic Air & Space Museum. The goal of Nebraska BLAST! is to increase interest and build expertise in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) fields. Nebrasa BLAST! provides professional development to staff in buildings with 21st CCLC summer and afterschool programs across Nebraska.
